This authority is given to each CCG separately for its area and cannot be delivered jointly so, like the Governing Bodies, Primary Care Commissioning Committees will meet in Common to evaluate service proposals and makes decisions regarding the commissioning of primary care services, ensuring all decisions are underpinned by robust clinical advice and within agreed governance arrangements.
