Patient Opinion is an independent website where patients can write about their experiences of local healthcare, whether it is good or bad. Healthcare commissioners and providers can respond to comments that are made and it enables them to make changes to services that improve the patient experience and outcomes.

Healthwatch Walsall will collect and present the views and experiences of local service users to local managers and decision makers in the Health and Social Care settings.
It takes an active part in the decision making process of the Health and Well Being Board and work closely NHS Walsall Clinical Commissioning Groups, local NHS Trusts and the Voluntary sector to ensure the decisions about priorities and services are based on the needs and experiences of local people.
It is a champion for high quality choice and equality of access to health and social care for the people of Walsall and works with Healthwatch England and the Care Quality Commission on matters that are of concern about specific care providers, health or social care matters.

One Walsall is the voice of the voluntary sector in Walsall. We support local not-for-profit organisations such as community groups, charities and social enterprises.
One Walsall is partnered with Walsall CCG and provides training opportunities for staff and patient and public volunteers such as our Patient Representative Groups.
