Patients registered at Walsall GP practices are invited to take part in a survey on how they get in touch with their family doctor.
The survey is being run by Healthwatch Walsall, the independent local champion for health and social care services. Their role includes understanding the experiences of patients and service users and giving them a chance to have their voices heard.
In the survey, you will be asked about how and why you normally get in touch with your GP, how easy it is to contact them, and what impact the Covid-19 pandemic has had.
The survey will be open until midnight on Sunday, 27 September.
All feedback is anonymous and will be used to create a report which will be published on the Healthwatch website and shared with local healthcare leaders.
