We are working across the Black Country and West Birmingham to improve cancer services to deliver better high quality, patient-centred diagnostics, care and treatments to our local community.
We understand the importance of earlier diagnosis and of living with and beyond cancer in delivering outcomes that matter to patients.
So, we would like to ask for your help to complete our short online survey or telephone interview to gather experiences about accessing cancer services from yourself, local people or people you may work with, who may have recently been diagnosed with cancer or have had a loved one who has.
Feedback will be anonymous and will not be linked to any patient records and will form part of a wider study on improving cancer services.
If you would prefer to speak to a member of our team about your experience, you can complete the following registration link and someone from our team will be in touch to arrange a telephone conversation – which will last no longer than 15 to 30 minutes. Only your name and phone number will be passed to the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) so they can contact you. Your personal details including your name and any answers given will all be anonymous.
The online survey can be completed here. The survey closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 28 February 2021.
If anyone would like a copy of the questions or a telephone interview in another format/language, email our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
