Healthwatch Walsall has been commissioned by Walsall NHS Healthcare Trust and its partners to support them in delivering a programme of change in health and social care by making sure providers know what the views are of people in Walsall about using health and social care services. The programme is called Walsall Together.
They would like to find out your views about how people are supported and how people look after themselves living with a long term health condition. These may include diabetes, respiratory illnesses, cardio or heart conditions, mental health services, and people who have more than one long term condition. Healthwatch would also like to speak to patients, carers and relatives about the end of life services in Walsall.
A Service User Group meeting is being held virtually on Wednesday 4th November at 11am using ZOOM and would welcome people who have a long term health condition or a carer to participate. Its great opportunity for people to help shape health and social care services for the future and Your Views Really Matter. They will guide you through using ZOOM. It is simple to download and we will guide through it. You can also dial in if you don’t have access to an android phone or computer/tablet.
